Refınery Pump Hydraulıc Analysıs and Stress Report

Hydraulıc Analysıs:

The Refinery plans to use the pump, currently located in the Bulk Loading Unit, to replace the pump currently operating in the isomerate service of the Petroleum Transfer Unit. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the pump in its new service. The pump was evaluated for the operation of transferring isomerate product from the Petroleum Transfer Unit to railcars in the Bulk Loading Unit.

Stress Report:

The scope of this report is to check & achieve flexibility of the piping system, and also to calculate the loads on the restraints. Pipe stress program Hexagon CAESAR II has been used for the stress analysis of the piping systems. For pump nozzle allowable loads two times API 610 allowable values are assumed. Load case combinations are assumed. ( ASME B31.3 Process Piping )
